From the 10th to the 13th of April, Xieta International had presence at the Ceramitec fair (Munich), as usual in each editions.
This is a very special event within the circuit of exhibitions of the ceramic sector in which we are envolved, since it is only held once every three years. Moreover it brings together the leading companies specializing in technical ceramics, machinery and raw materials. Actually, we were participating together with 616 exhibitors from more than 37 different countries spread over four halls of the Messe München.
The Fair has been a success both in the number and quality of visits and in the good business prospects that are derived. In addition, we have noticed a considerable increase in the number of visitors compared to the last edition of 2015. All of them have been interested in our wide range of products, although our alumina balls of high, medium and low density and the Nanospheres AZ have been our main atraction.
Nationality of the mentioned assistants have been very varied. Although, most of them were European visitors especially from Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Italy or Croatia.. However, it is worth noting the influx of visitors from countries such as China, South Korea, India, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan or Egypt among many others.
Finally, we would like to highlight again the mentioned Nanobeads AZ that have aroused a tremendous interest to the companies that are looking to incorporate the latest advances in the field of nanotechnology to their productive processes. This allows the use of alumina grinding media in a very specific kind of milling, in which Zirconium micro spheres are traditionally used. Moreover, we have recently developed a wider range of sizes ranging from 0.34mm to 200mm for innovative applications in the fields of mining and cement industry.
The first race of the EHC season is always the Rosenau in France during Easter.
The route of this competition has virtually no difference in level, being the first of the year, these 44 km of distance to drive, it marks the shape of the runners after the winter training.
