High density alumina micro spheres for micronizing and dry milling process XIETA®

Xieta International, S.L., has developed its high density alumina micro balls, in order to give an answer to a market demand: getting extremely finesse particles at the end of the grinding process.

The main advantages of our micro balls are its high density and wear resistance, which made them perfectly suitable for energetic grinding processes, like dry millings or grinding process with vertical mills which are used in different industries such ceramics, panting, inks, pigments and cosmetics and which require a high micronized process.

  • Very high hardness and mechanical resistance
  • Excellent wear resistance
  • Total corrosion absence
  • Very high chemical attack resistance
  • A smoother, regular and uniform surface
